First, a short summary: Passionately invested in people, missions, and enterprise. Web designer, video maker and tech entrepreneur. Co-founded YouLift, a startup attempting to launch some of the Global South’s most innovative tech initiatives and currently building ChurchCo. Now, the longer part:

I am a Christian, Husband to Vek Akinyemi, Dad to two faster, smarter versions of me, Adam and Autumn. I did a four years Bachelor of Arts degree program in Theatre and Media Arts from 2014 - 2017, and I’m currently running a Bachelor of Science program in Psychology. Within the past five years, I have worked as a community lead for a co-working space and as an entreprenueur-in-training at GText Media. I left GTEXT to work as a Business Assistant at a Digital Media Startup (WebBoxOut), freelanced with ManageMyWebsite as a SEO Specialist/Web Designer and currently work with Dylan Brown as a Squarespace Web Designer in the United Kingdom.

I have been building websites for 6 years, making videos for 3 years, and I’ve led a team that trained over 1000 young people to use Squarespace, alongside other digital media tools. I currently offer career advisory services, while leading a product development team working on a bespoke software suite for Churches and Hospitals across the EMEA region. In my free time, I write poetry, fanatically support Liverpool Football Club, and enjoy playing Checkers. I also share my thoughts here.
